Canada Post’s national strike

Dear members, please note that during the national strike, we will continue to process your orders as usual.

Once your order has been processed, we will contact you by email to offer you an alternative carrier and the associated costs. Please note that we are currently unable to guarantee standard delivery rates or offer free shipping. We thank you for your understanding.

You can mention one of the following options to us at the order review stage in the "Notes" section

• You can use a carrier of your choice and give us the pickup information so that we can prepare accordingly.
• You can use a carrier of our choice and agree to pay it's shipping costs, (We will choose the lowest quote and notify you of the amount once your order is processed and await your response.)
• You can pick up your order in store at 8259 St-Michel blvd, Montreal.
• Agree to wait for the Canada Post strike to be resolved and we will send your order as soon as service resumes.
